I have a copy in front of me of the moorings valuations and from my first read through it is obvious that a lot of the valuations do not represent current valuations on the open market. Some are under-valued some are over-valued. Some mooring sizes do not even exist in certain claimed marinas. Certainly in Andratx the lease has just ended so I can not see any value there as the situation is in the courts at the moment. When I have been able to carefully study the list and also given it some thought with relation to the overall aspect of Spanish transactions I will email you an updated comment.
