BELOW ARE THE RESULTS OF COMPARATIVE TESTS BY AN INDEPENDENT SPANISH CONSUMER ASSOCIATION

STEAM IRONS
The PHILIPS GC 2105 priced at around 30 Euros was considered to be the best bargain in a recent comparison of 22 different steam irons available in Spain.
The top equal two of the test were the BRAUN Freestyle SI 6509 and the TEFAL Turbo Pro 400 with price tags between 53 and 71 Euros.

ANTI-OXIDANT PAINTS
In a comparative test of 20 different brands of paint the best smooth finish paint was VALENTINE price at between 10 and 14 Euros.
As far as Mat finish is concerned the DURVAL and TITAN products tied for first place priced at between 7.50 and 13 Euros a tin.

CAR SEATS FOR CHILDREN
If you’re in the market for a car seat for children a recent test of 13 different makes will be of interest.
In the 0- 1-year-old category the CASUALPLAY model was recommended priced at around 200 Euros.
In the 1-3 year old category the RECARGO Start Pro at 370 Euros was considered to be the best.
In the older group two products were considered to be the best. The MAXI COSI Rudi XP is priced between 120 and 136 Euros whilst the ROMER Kid is priced around 130 Euros.
