Following the restructuring of the E3 Group during the early part of this year the E3 Group Board are pleased to announce that as from 1st May, 2005 the following senior appointments have been made to the new Board of Directors of E3 Systems Spain.
Chairman & Finance - Roger Horner
Managing Director - Alan Walker
Project Director - Peter Shaw
Sales Director - Erik Nieuwmeijer
Operations Director - David Tonge
Roger Horner, as Chairman, will chair the monthly Board meetings and continue with his roles as Group Managing Director, Financial Director and Marketing Director of E3 Group and also as Chairman of E3 Systems France SARL.
Alan Walker will manage and coordinate E3 Systems Spain and also continue in his role as the Group Engineering Director.
Erik Nieuwmeijer will be responsible for the sales of E3 Systems Spain, currently in both Palma and Barcelona.
Peter Shaw will be responsible for running all large jobs or projects.
Peter will also continue with his role as director of Seetrac.
David Tonge will be responsible for running all the day to day jobs that are not deemed as projects.
The new Board will be responsible for directing E3 Systems Spain into its exciting next 5 year development phase.
Following the opening of their new office in Portals at the end of last year E3 will have completed their relocation by finally moving their workshop and stores to the ground floor of their office premises.
Alan Walker, the Managing Director of E3 Systems Spain said, “We are all very pleased to get the whole team back under one roof again”.
The stores and workshop will be operational from 1st June.
