A recent evaluation of in-car music systems was carried out by a consumer association which looked at 28 different makes and models. Looking at those systems with a cassette player there was not much to differentiate the nine models in this category but the GRUNDIG SCC3400RDS was considered a ´good buy´ at around 144 Euros.
Looking at the 10 models with CD player the ´best of the bunch´ was the GRUNDIGSCD3490RDS at around 215 Euros.
The best model evaluated in the MP3 format was the JVC KDLH7R which was priced around 325 Euros.
